This photo of a 67a Saladin Armoured Car has a neat error in that the front wheel has been fitted the wrong way around with the wheel shoulder to the outside. Makes a nice change when compared to looking at dozens of these all missing the gun barrel. Photo from Rodger (Tractorboy) from the Forum, Thanks for sharing Rodger. |
Another wheel error this time found on a number 17d Foden Hoveringham tipper which has the correct wheels fitted to the rear pair of axles but the front axles are both fitted with oversize wheels, Photo courtesy of Butlercustom from the Forum, Thanks for sharing Butlercustom, Nice find. |
Another one from Chris (Ford a 30) from the Forum, This number 36c Dodge Crane truck did get the window unit fitted in the crane but for whatever reason the cab did not, cool, Thanks for sharing Chris. |
This nice little collection of errors belongs to Dave Rogers from the Forum, At one time little collections of Lesney returns and rejects like this could have been found in the backroom of every toyshop in the country. There must still be a million errors out there just waiting to be found. Thanks for sharing Dave. |
I'm not sure if this box is suffering from water damage, Sun damage or if it is a printing error, I err towards the 'its the printers fault' myself but I have a few more pictures like this from the same source, More later. Photo courtesy the internet. |
Here's one for the Superfast lads, A 62d Mercury Cougar Dragster with a severe wheel oops, The axles got fitted the wrong way around putting the skinnies at the rear and the slicks at the front. Photo courtesy Jason Coker (Nearlymint) from the Forum, Thanks for sharing Jason. Cool error!. |

This number 41 Jaguar Racing Car looks a little sad for himself with its turned down lips which were probably bent to this shape when they were tumbled, Photo sent in by John (Johnboy) on the Forum. Thanks for sharing this miserable looking error with us John, If you want my opinion you should really try to keep your toys happier, lol. |
