As can be seen in the pic, the axle on this BP tanker was not threaded through both of the eyelets when the axle was riveted leaving one end of the axle free to flap about, this one was sent in by Jason Roper, Thanks for sharing Jason. |

Another one that has been borrowed from Facebook. It shows a Piston Popper with the rear axle with large diameter tyres mounted at the front and the front axle with small tyres mounted at the rear which is a fairly common oops on this model.
