L5 Lorry

The Y41-1 1932 Mercedes Benz L5 Lorry was introduced in 1991 in the livery of the "Howaldtswerke" shipyard of Keil in Germany, It was painted a dark green to the cab and body and the cab had a grey plastic roof and seats. The wings and running boards were painted black and the wheels were red plastic, The baseplate was grey plastic and the load bed was brown plastic, The load itself was a ships engine block which was painted grey with a silver top. The model was not replaced or deleted but no further issues were released.

Above: The planking effect on the sides of the body was reduced in depth to improve the tampo printing of the logo.
