Matchbox King-Size No.K-2 KW Dart Dump Truck

The Lesney Matchbox King-Size K-2 KW Dart Dump Truck joined the range in 1964 when it replaced the Muir Hill Dumper, The Dump Truck was painted yellow, It had red plastic hubs with black plastic tyres and green tinted windows, The cab had plated air horns on the roof and exhaust pipes attached to the bonnet, The trailer was attached by a plated metal block which allowed the trailer to swivel and the trailer arms to raise so that it could be emptied, The Trailer had a pair of hydrosleeves to hold it in the raised position and a pair of red and white 'KW Dart' decals were applied to the sides, So far there are no known variations, The model was packaged in E type boxes, It was replaced by the Scammell Heavy Wreck Truck in 1969.
