I like Jeeps, and I like pickup trucks, so the 71B is naturally a favorite of mine. The doors on my example are loose. (It also has a crack in the right rear wheel, so it'll be upgraded someday.) Does yours have loose doors as well?

Very nice collection Dwayne!
No need to apologize for the modest detailing added in your youth. These were toys meant to be played with and 59 years ago, that is how you chose to ‘play’ with them. From their condition, It’s clear you took special care of them. Although they may not be mint in box as some collectors now prefer, they are reminders of the time you’ve had with them decades ago.
Thank you for sharing! We enjoy seeing them.
(PS the Jeep with green interior is one I’ve never seen ‘in the hand’. Congratulations on an unusual casting.)

The mask sprayed trim would be the last nail in the coffin of my earlier theory about a repaint. Since there is no way to tell if the decals were removed at some point, it's a possible negative variation. While it's odd that it got all the way to the trim stage without decals, it's not unheard of. Thanks for the additional photos and welcome to the forums.

Here in Argentina we knew the red truck with the number "71" as Jeep Gladiator manufactured by IKA (industrias Kaiser Argentina). Many years after the truck was discontinued a toy was launched made in plastic and now, looking at this pictures I undrestand that the toy was copied from the matchbox versión that you show.
Here is a picture of the argentine toy of the manufacturer "Buby".
