It will be interesting to see if my edit in the source code has worked when Nick has uploaded it to the #69c Porsche 910 page, because following Nick's instructions did not allow me to do an edit, so all I could do was the basic 'Copy and Paste' method to be able to load it onto the new forum section. Once there it was easy to edit, but you have to remember where the offending text is, so get familiar with the line of text before hand, or else you'll be wandering up and down the page searching for it endlessly!!

Is this the new web address for this site or is it an update within the forum

It is just a single test page to show the edited page works. It is unlikely any more will be seen because we now know the update method works.

Thanks Kevin for explaining this, I thought for a second the forum was changing.

Checking modified code is simple:
- Open Notebook (a no-frills word processor that is a standard part of Windows),
Copy and paste the modified code,
Save as e.g. SF68a.html (the extension is the important part here),
Double-click on the resultant file and it will open in your browser as if it were a live webpage.
I would also suggest that we require a second post which explains in plain text what has been changed and why. That way, other members get the chance to comment on the proposed changes before they are published on Nick's catalogue website.
