Hello again kusiki, reading your last post about the wheels and base belong together, I can see no reason why the
base plate was removed in the first place
As it was already a Grey Wheeled model to start with as you say there are no crosses in the wheel wells so it is the
correct body.

Haha, had no idea there would be other Perth people here. I'm in Belmont, George.

Going back to my original view, I think the original body was damaged and a previous owner has replaced it
As George says no reason to remove it and put it back

Hi Hugh,
Just found this old picture of the yellow taxi with red interior and decal, I will try and dig them out and go through them.

Just picked up another one of these with 9mm on the front and 10mm on the back
Last picture has been viewed over 400 times and no comments. Are there still collectors out there who look for these minor differences?

I'll respond. I don't go out of the way to look for and obtain such negative variations. That said, finding a tractor or trailer with different size wheel hubs would be an exception.

Thanks for responding JP, the last post was a negative variation with mixed wheels.
But my post before that(with the picture) was asking if anyone has found a model with 9mm wheels instead of the normal 10mm which I feel is a proper variation, I have a couple now and also this one recently with mixed wheels.

Two or more examples should see it safely through to a recordable variation status.

Highly unlikely to be a deliberate action. I vote negative variation.
