A very rare box indeed. In one of the MICA magazines there is a paper shown which came with this promotional box.
This was the last time it was sold at Vectis

That's a super addition Jason. I have read about the mammoth before but I had no idea there was a promo box. It's great to see something new :)

I would like to point out that these vehicles appear to be notoriously bad at steering considering that the driver has ended up (in the box picture, anyway) with the rear end off the bridge. Also, the heavy wreck truck appears to be wrongly positioned to pull the Hoveringham away from the edge. Shame on those artists!

As an ex-recovery truck driver I agree on the bad positioning of the unit in attendance. There must also have been a film set nearby who sent their american fire chief and police cars before the british police cars arrived on scene!!
