yeah looks like they did a bit of body work to fit the tires :D
In spite of that, the body line crease would still be apparent on the rear quarter, behind the wheel ( if it was a 66)

I can't see well enough on Tim's photo, to see if it is there or not.
The 65's did not have the crease, on the rear quarter aft of the wheel

Did you know that at the time Ford advertised these models as being quieter than a Rolls Royce :o
