I sent this guy a note asking about the poor pic quality and questionable axle ends & requested more clear photos. He added 4 more pics but still poor quality. Imagine that.

They still make their money if it's a fake or not ,so there's no reason for them to act
I think action would only be taken when it significantly affects their own interests

Isn't it funny the only picture you would like to see is the one that's smaller

Just in case you were in any doubt about Ebay's morals, have you seen that they are allowing unscrupulous people to sell Mog the Forgetful Cat cuddly toys (bought from Sainsbury's with some of the proceeds going to charity) on Ebay at a profit? (Mog stars in this year's Sainsbury's Christmas advert. and Sainsbury's appear to have seriously underestimated the resultant demand for Mogs.) It's bad enough people making money out of Christmas, but when they are deliberately buying up popular toys, and thereby leaving children disappointed on Christmas morning, not to mention making profits which should really be donated to charity, it is disgusting. Ebay should either block the listings or deduct ideally all, but at least 50% of the sellers' profits at source, donating the money to the original charity.

Where there is a market, there will always be scalpers waiting to turn a profit from those willing to pay a premium for anything they may have missed out on. It is a shame the original Seller's underestimated this demand, but I doubt they expected to be able to donate a larger percentage of their profits to charity, even if they had originally priced Mog higher. The original cheaper price may have created the higher initial demand for the cuddly toy to begin with.
That 28B Compressor rear axle end in Pilot's listing is so BAD, look for that mess to be returned back to the Seller. The Buyer had to be blind not to see that there was no apparent finished axle end AT ALL, just a terrible mess!! This Seller MUST be expelled from our hobby at any cost, but E Bay has made contacting his Buyers to warn them impossible. Greed beyond comprehension!! kwakers
