34A VW Van with BPW

Post by durangokid »

What do you think? Poor pictures and crimps don't look too good to me.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/291611636771?_t ... EBIDX%3AIT

I wouldn't think a BPW version normally would have crimped axles due to timing at Lesney, but Nick's site lists it as a variation.
Anyone know anything about this Seller? They also list rare repo boxes so they must be aware of rare models/boxes............................

I knew he took the model down right after I sent him a message. I see it's now re-listed with more distant photos and angles that don't allow a good look at the axles. Regardless, I can clearly see that he has removed the previous axles and had another go at it with a different pair of axles. Still not a good enough job, but combined with his more distant pics, with less clear angles and less resolution ... he just might find an unsuspecting buyer for the model.

This guy is quickly running himself up the ladder to the top ten fakers and fraudsters to avoid. Numi has also had a few warning posts about this seller and fake models. If anyone doesn't know who we are speaking of, it is msvpiolot1894.
It might be time to start my "Bucket List."

That's the first and most obvious clue that it's faked. You know it and I know it, sadly there are many others out there who haven't a clue about this fact. There can be no confusion about this individuals dishonesty ... they actually replaced the axles in the last 24 hours in a second attempt to defraud.

Mvspilot1894 has an ebay account based out of Chilie. They do have the following address (see below) in the United States and a Paypal account based in the United States. Yuliya Radchenco may or may not be a real name. Viviana Maria Barria Morales is very likely a real name on the Paypal account but who knows if they are one and the same person or what the relationship is (it could be researched further, but won't help much).

Mailing address:

Yuliya Radchenco
3440 79th Street
Apt 4a
Jackson Heights, New York 11372

Actual name on mailing address:

Viviana Maria Barria Morales
3440 79th Street
Apt 4a
Jackson Heights, New York 11372

Actual name on Paypal account:
Viviana Maria Barria Morales

email:
evagoldbusiness@yahoo.com

The Yuliya Radchenco name has a different email address (but, like the yahoo address for Viviana, it's a disposable email address). The important name, email address and mailing address is the one associated with the Paypal account (because that's the place where they are vunerable).

This is the same seller that stole $1,200.00 USD for a fake GPW 6a recently. The fraudster has been emboldened by this huge score and, after having a large bite of the forbidden fruit, will likely not quit anytime soon.

Do NOT buy from this person, Do NOT sell to this person and most of all share their identity and warn your friends and fellow collectors.

Here's there $1,200.00 theft:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Matchbox-6a-Qua ... 7675.l2557

They have also racked up several other high dollar thefts including a transitional for nearly $1,000.00

How the axle ends on this one fooled anyone is shocking. I hate to say this but the buyer is obviously a very inexperienced novice and unenlightened collector who is completly in over their head with regard to collecting anything rare or hard-to-find.

Joe/All,
Thanks much for the quick responses and information about this listing/seller. Continuing to flush these fakers and fraudsters out of the woodwork is a constant battle, but one that must continue on.................
Appreciate your help on this.
Thanks,
Bill

Thanks for the info Tinman and your findings are true. I had written nasty things to him but hes either deaf or he simply accepts his wrong doing as his culture.
