Please check out my Friend John who sells under the name of Lesney Legacy on E Bay Bob. I believe he will send you a free sample of his repro boxes if you ask him, and they are good quality units he has worked hard to perfect and has used to display his own collection for years. He does auction some of his original boxes once in a while, but his E Bay Lesney sales all come with an appropriate repro box for that model variation. Any of his weekly listed Lesneys will have detailed info on his boxes in that listing. kwakers

Same here, I do not keep repro boxes. Amazing how many people sell these boxes as genuine, when you question it they say that they did not realise. J

You can find Repro boxes on eBay, but if you are looking for the rare ones, they won't appear. Aside from 47A D box that I have seen a few times, the rare ones are never available, mainly because those who made the boxes don't have or can't afford an original rare box, such 53a D Box or 22C Fbox.

"What if" boxes are however kind of fun, but I would not pay anything for them as they are quite easy to make. From time to time, you can find 32A, 38A or 59A D box, or 20C or 30C F boxes. Those are "fantasy" boxes, although I suspect the new collector may fall for them if they are advertized as original.

Tony Howden at Recover Toy makes some of the best reproduction boxes I've seen. He marks one of the inner flaps so they can't be used for fraud.
