Lot 208 The Highbury Collection - July 15th, 2008 Dinky Set No.51 Famous Liners - Set contains Rex, Queen of Bermuda, Empress of Britain, Europa, Strathaird and Britannic Liners. All Liners show varying amounts of fatigue cracking but are intact as is much of the paintwork and wire masts - Fair to Good including a Good early blue box with illustrated lid, the contents have been restrung with cotton. All have significant fatigue, but all are complete with masts and are generally Fair to Poor. Lot 717 Dinky Toys - May 4th, 2004 Set No.51 Famous Liners - This Pre-war Set contains the following liners, Italia Line "Rex", Queen of Bermuda, Empress of Britain, "Europa", P & O Strathaird, Cunard White Starline "Britannic" - the model ships which are a combination of black, white, grey show varying degrees of fatigue cracking but are generally Fair to Good Plus overall and are mounted on the original descriptive card base which is contained within a Good Plus (slightly grubby) box with a colourfully illustrated label to the lid showing "Britannic" leaving Liverpool Harbour - a nice set.
