Lot 123 Private Owner Collection - May 12th, 2008 Dinky Gift Set No.3 "Private Automobiles" - comprising of No.30D Vauxhall, No.36B Bentley, No.36D Rover, No.38A Frazer Nash and No.38C Lagonda - conditions are generally Excellent to Mint (although some have usual slight discolouration to grilles), inner carded tray is Good Plus (although does have blue pen marks just below cut out of each car), inner carded tray is Excellent, outer lift off lid box is Good Plus Excellent - still a nice example of a rare set. Lot 2111 Dinky Toys - November 10th, 2004 Set No.3 Private Automobiles, containing - (1) No.30d Vauxhall Saloon - brown, black chassis and ridged wheels, crimped axles - Excellent Plus, (2) No.36b Bentley Coupe - mid-green, black chassis and ridged wheels, crimped axles (much repainting to chassis) - generally Good, (3) No.36d Rover Streamlined Saloon - dark blue, black chassis and ridged wheels, crimped axles - Good Plus, (4) No.38a Fraser Nash - mid-blue, mid-grey seats, black ridged wheels, rounded axles - Excellent and No.38c Lagonda - grey, dark grey interior, black smooth hubs with white tyres, rounded axles - Good Plus in Excellent box complete with Good original card inlay which has glue repair to tears.
