Dinky No.161 Mobile Anti Aircraft Unit - Pre-war Set comprises 6-wheeled Searchlight Lorry with Anti Aircraft Gun Trailer - both vehicles have smooth hubs with thin axles, the back of the Lorry is bent inwards - otherwise both vehicles are relatively fatigue free but some of the rubber tyres have lost their nature - Fair to Good including early blue box dated 5-39 with pictorial insert.

Lot 2002 The Lincolnshire Dinky Military Collection - February 18th, 2008
Dinky pre-war Set No.161 Mobile Anti Aircraft Unit containing No.161A 6-wheeled Army Lorry with Searchlight - some fatigue especially around doors and slight bowing to chassis and signs of some repair, non original driver - overall Good Plus. Together with No.161A AA Gun & Trailer - military green - this is however a post-war version with smooth hubs - Excellent. Contained in Excellent pre-war box with correct inner card stand. This is a hard set to find.

Both in glossy green, 6-wheeled Wagon shows little signs of fatigue although some minor signs of AA Gun, overall Good Plus to Excellent. Inner stand is Good Plus, outer box is Fair to Good. A very hard set to find with a 6-wheeled Lorry in such Good condition.

Together with No.161b Anti Aircraft Gun on trailer, with smooth hubs, gloss green finish, some flat spots to smooth tyres, light fatigue cracking particularly to tool box and gun barrel is slightly bent - otherwise contents are generally Good, including illustrated box display base and a Fair grey lid dated 5/39 (some damp staining to one side).
