Boyce" Type 1 with "Hornby Series" embossed to underside of cab - green cab and chassis, red back, "W.E. Boyce - Archway Rd Highgate" in gold to sides and "Cycles" in white on green to rear, very pale mauve washed solid metal wheels. A few rub marks to transfers on side else Excellent Plus to Near Mint. A VERY VERY RARE Promotional Van, the only one we know in existence. (WE Boyce was a Cycle Shop on the Archway Road in the 1930s and was apparently still trading under that name into the early 60's).
