Re: three spot the gems
First photo: I see a "Jaffa Mobile" in the lower right corner. Maybe a gold Safari Land Rover with Regular Wheels, too?

Re: three spot the gems
If it's not the Jaffa Mobile, I have no idea what the gem is. But assuming the Curtiss-Wright dumper is complete, that's one I'd like to have! I'm also curious as to what the yellow dumper in the third photo is.

Re: three spot the gems
To me, the Dinky dumper is a gem...I'd like to have one to go along with my K2A!

Re: three spot the gems
In the first picture I think I see an upside down 31b Ford Fairlane with a black base and black plastic wheels. If I'm right that's a great find!
Re: three spot the gems
I do like dumpers, they can make a nice collection on their own,the ones i look for are the condon versions, especially the trench bucket or crane version, other makes are charbens they did a nice big one and britains did a small more realistic one, then the the regular wheel lesney ones and their copies ,i think dinky only did this yellow version, its a bit bigger than the k2a you mentioned.Squid wrote:To me, the Dinky dumper is a gem...I'd like to have one to go along with my K2A!
The light green /red one is one of my first repaints, really to get a "lesney look a like" i would have been better to swop a red dump with a green one

Re: three spot the gems
Well, in the first box I see a Bentley. In the second box I see Three Rolls-Royce models and in the last picture I see...at least Nine Rolls-Royce models, possibly a Tenth in Silver-Grey hiding near the Child on a bike.
The gem in that lot could be the Black Silver Shadow saloon by Clifford-Petrel-Dayfran.
Ghosthunter.
