It is being used here as a meaning for drastic changes to a model's specification by stripping, redisgning and repainting the models.

Ghosthunter’s description is accurate in this context....but, molestations also has other meanings which describe other activities. Some of these other activities are frowned upon and some are illegal some parts of the world. If you google pictures, you may end up with more attention from your local security service than you intend!
