The NAMC’s “Catalog of all Series Matchbox Models” (second edition) suggests that there are two different blues: peacock blue and light peacock blue, the latter being exclusively associated with the brown luggage and the former exclusively with the tan.
On the other hand, the AIM's “1-75 Series Regular Wheels” catalogue (second printing, 1983) simply notes "blue body colours vary in shades with all known variations".
Stannard does not list any variations not already listed by Nick. Houghton however, has variation codes 12c-20 and 12c-21 (identical except for the presence/absence of the transmission tunnel) matching Nick's variation code 10 (metallic gold body, black base, tan luggage, long braces, with blocks and tow bracket) but without the tow hook lug. Looking at Nick's table, this is obviously a credible variation.
