Hello, im new to this forum but just thought id give a heads up to anyone who regularly sells on ebay to watch out for a serial non paying ebay member who goes by the name of "scooty-boy"

Due to the comment i left on his feedback profile Ive had numerous sellers contact me recently who also have items won by him and has not paid.

If you see his name in your bidder list do yourself a favour and block him straight away! He mainly bids on vintage diecast

You need to do three things:

Block the offending member from bidding on your auctions.

File a payment not received action with ebay. If you don't get payment, they will terminate his account if after something like three offences.

Write back to people who wrote to you and ask them to file non-payment actions so the serial offender will loose his/her account.
