That's a real beauty! I see Nick is missing the baseplate colour on the variation table for the mw version, the axle carriers look glossy but the rest looks flat black. It's a trick of the light I think, can you confirm?

I would say it was all gloss Black as there are highlights on the text and reflections of the axles on the base behind the axles themselves.

I would say gloss too, worth double checking though to be sure.

The axles are reflecting the flash. No problem there.

Nice example of this very Rare variation TNT. This Model in Blue with the out of timeline Metal Wheels on it has been on my own "Want List" for over 40 years now. Yours looks very original, so should be of interest to Inspector Numi, who has always argued with me that this variation was never produced by the Lesney factory. Nick has been looking for a nice one to picture at his website of codes, so I know this particular model will also fit that purpose very well. Here's my blue example (on the right). Not quite as good of shape but that's because I've sold off all my nice models.

Ummmm....Joe, those are 36a Austins, not 30a Ford Prefects (#seniormoment).
