Green does fit the car nicely.
I am not sure about the wheels, I might leave them as they are, or make them green as well.
Very tempting is the idea to put Matchbox wheels under the car.................

I would do the rim in the same colour as the body as this is what they did with real cars, Blue body Blue wheels, Grey body Grey wheels etc.
