That's very nice and a subtle transformation the yellow hubs really brighten it up , a route Lesney should have gone

Amazing what a few decals can do. I like the wheels as well but the decals is what does it for me.

Very nice indeed, the hubs and decals are perfect. They really do lift the appearance of this model and as others have said, It looks very Lesney-like.

It looks like the decal on the cab door may be a little bit crooked and I like it that way. When all is said and done, it's a toy and thousands of similar toys were turned out by Lesney every week with less than perfect quality control. The little imperfections bring them to life for me. It's like when you see someone restore a toy and the repaint the headlights perfectly round and exactly on center. And it looks completely like a restored model. Sometimes those ladies were lucky if the mask was centered halfway over the target.
