Do you mean viewing the "New Posts" option or exactly what?

Everything is working ok for me. I did have a problem with new posts months back but I think it was a glich affecting multiple users.

I'm not sure what "Pete" is seeing when he clicks on a new post, but presumably it is highlighted Red to show it is a new post, now because he is having trouble reading new posts, I have not aimed this comment directly at him (he won't see it will he!!), so this is a general comment, but I am wondering if he needs to empty the 'Cache memory' on his computer or delete the 'cookies'. Another method which has the advantage of a 're-set' is to completely close down the computer, a total shut down and leave for a few minutes, start as normal and see if that has helped.
I had a similar problem whereby the 'Board index' screen was only showing all the lower case text of what was in each thread, not the actual heading titles...!!

When I hit a 'new' Post to view it, my computer always takes me to the original first page, and also the original first post done under that heading. I always have had to then go to the last page and scroll down to the most current Post. Is that Bad?? I never have ever given that procedure a second thought.
I must also add that Sunday night every comment on the Forum disappeared, leaving only the headings for me to click on. All the headings of each post were still there, but no text at all in any category or discussion on the Forum. Now that I KNEW was strange, but all was well the next morning without any action on my part. kwakers, the non-electronic mechanical whiz

In this section of the main index, clicking on the title (first Red arrow), will always take you to the first page of discussion for this model. If you click on the page number, in this case '5' (Second Red arrow), it will take you to the page with the most recent new posting, but at the top of the page, then just scroll down to the new posting.
My dear friend Mr kwakers, is this
not what you are doing!!

Dick, in the wee hours of Sunday evening is when many tech departments do their thing. Your normal Sunday evening hours are the wee hours for a UK based server.

Hello Pete.
I have no experience of forum usage on such equipment as ipad or smart phones etc, so I do not know the full procedures of how it works on them, so I am unable to offer any real assistance to you at this time, but I hope it settles itself and you can carry on enjoying the forum.
