65c Claas Combine Harvester
65c Claas Combine Harvester
The NAMC’s “Catalog of all Series Matchbox Models” (first edition) only has one entry for this model (and Nick's got that one listed)!
The AIM “1-75 Series Regular Wheels” catalogue (second printing, 1983) lists a variation at 65-3-c as which has a "brighter red body". This would be a variant on Nick's code 4 and I'm wondering whether it could reflect the Superfast era model. Can someone please check the contents of a "go faster" style box against a standard RW issue?
Neither Stannard nor Houghton has any variations not already listed by Nick, and U.K. Matchbox never covered the model

Re: 65c
I have mentioned yet, just to remember, some unlisted variations.

Nick i checked three open steps combines...all have the hole in the base...just one has the protrusions and the other two do not
Please use a web hosting site (like photobucket) to store pictures so you can post them here, using attachments makes it hard to view the pictures when you have to scroll to see them. Seeing comparisons of models is hard to see with attachments too.

Nick,
2 open step combines with hole in the base- both no protrusions.
1 closed step combine without hole in the base- no protrusions
2 open step combines without hole in the base- 1 with and 1 without protrusions.
