Seems the Spanish want to mess us around with looking in the diplomatic bags with the pram games over Gibraltar.
The way i see it we have two options.
1) Send a few ships over and blow up something costly to rebuild.
2) Boycott going on holiday to Spain(better option as they will surely miss our money)
But as a war warmongering nation Option 1 would make more sense.
