I'd never noticed the subtle change made to the front wings before. I wouldn't complain if Oxford made a Magnum with the same casting. I hope that they also make the basic Firenza with rectangular headlights. Not to be mixed up with the South African 302 V8 Firenza which also had those rectangular headlights.
Heres a clip of the Chev Firenza Can-Am 302-V8 made in South Africa by Bazil Van Rooyen.
The English boys had them taken to the Uk and worshipped these models

and still do , along with the V8 Cortina/Taunus and Capri's that were available in SA & Aus we had to make do with the V6

No news on the release of the Vauxhall Firenza in 1/43rd scale, but December has been mentioned by another collector/dealer I spoke to at Beaulieu recently. There is even less news on the new Rolls-Royce models from OXFORD, but they have at least got some Bentley models already catalogued.

The Two catalogue illustrations here show a Bentley S1 'Continental' by HJ Mulliner. These models are for the 1/76th scale range and as is usual with Oxford, the model would be issued in a few colours.

The pictures of the models are a little misleading, because the actual models used for the photography are 1/43rd scale, so they have nice 'Chromed' effect parts for the brightwork, whereas the models actually retailed do not have these parts 'Chromed' they are just Silver painted, Oxford have not plated those details on the 1/76th versions of this Bentley.

Ian ("ToysNZ"), I see in your review of this model you have stated it has chromed bumpers and grille, but the pictures show they are not plated, you might like to edit that entry.

So, we don't know what scale the new tooling will be, but from the above, we can expect both scales to be catered for and I really would like to see a Silver Dawn and a Silver Cloud III 'Flying Spur', just so I have access to good quality but relatively cheap to buy models for my rebuilding projects.

Both models immediately soared to the #1 spot of my wishlist.
I hope they will make a good number of them, because I will buy a few (for code 3 purposes as well)

Also this MKVI Bentley in black and green in the making:

Great! Finally the 3rd colour scheme for the T2 Saloon. But the 4th colour scheme for the Mk VI? Mk VI must be a good seller.

That is a brave move by Oxford to make a 'Blower' Bentley in 1/76th scale, never mind, I'll still have to buy it... :D

And the door bell rang,
and the postman came,
and the parcel arrived,
and I am very happy:

I can see I am going to have to start calling you "Mr Jaguar the 3rd" (sorry, Mr Jaguar the 1st and 2nd already taken!), as your Jaguar collection must be quite extensive now and with those extra models above from Oxford, you'll have to start selling some of those old Rollers, if only you knew someone else who collected them... :D
