Yes, I think I agree with that...

Create the posting thread.
Those interested can make One posting of their 'Username'.
Their posting is then their number for pulling out of a hat at the convention.
56 postings (or whatever), creates 56 numbers (1-56), for Jim/Michael to pull out.

Does that work?

Seems OK.

GHOSTHUNTER.

Shouldn't a member have a minimum number of posts (how about 10?) in order to stop people joining simply in order to be able to enter the draw?

That's a fair point, better a contributing member
Btw should the draw thread be a sticky, I know we have a few of them bit it could be removed afterwards

I think that's a good idea. let's try to monitor that.

I know that in the past, these models have done well when sold on ebay (the Dealer model is designed to allow dealers to recoup some of their selling costs). It would be nice if those who are attending the Gathering disqualify themselves and allow others, who cannot attend, to have a chance at receiving one of these models.

Joe,

Thank you for stepping up and getting the ball rolling. Also thanks to all those who acknowledge this event and it's theme of friendship. Good luck to all.

A big thanks to Jim for offering Dinner and Dealer models to our members!
