The "VBD Times" is learning of some sort of serious threat sweeping the country. we don't have all the details at this early stage, but we understand a 'Troll-Festival' is likely to hit the midlands around Mid-January, if it does hit, it will be our first experience of one of these and we have learnt from other sources they can have devistating effects on your sanity, especially if you collect model cars.

The "VBD Times" offices are right in it's path and concerns are naturally running high, we feel if a state of emergency is not declared at the time it strikes us, many model car based forums will suffer.

We are waiting for our man in the field to give us some details, so hopefully it will make the late edition tonight.

Right...This so-called 'Troll festival'...what happened to it and why was we not informed of it's absence?

I have a suspicion that the 'man in the field' reporter (a well paid member of the 'VBD Times' staff, is trying to make a name for himself in creating certain stories that have no substance!) well, I'll give him a name if he wants one...you are a FU****G KU*T.

WARNING, BUYERS OF A FORTHCOMING NEW BOOK ON 'LESNEY' TOYS, MUST BE AWARE OF FAKED COPIES.

The VBD Times understands that some early printings of this book have been signed on the inside front page, possibly the 'Fronticepiece' and that the signature is supossedly by the author, however, having spoken to the author, he assures us that none of his books would ever be signed by him, as he is too shy to do such a thing, so if you have purchased a signed edition, send it quickly to the..."I don't want this faked book in my collection, P.O. The VBD Times feel it is important to warn it's readers that obscure parcels are now being sent out of Bristol in the U.K.

Only this morning, our chief editor has received such a parcel, on his own private door step and has taken no chances with it, he has contacted the local demolition people and they are coming round to deal with it by means of a special BIG COMPACTING machine to crush it into oblivian.

Our editor has promised to keep us informed of the proceedings...
