Hi all, I got a reply from George.
COPIED AND PASTED.
Hi Tim, this was made for Lledo years and years ago. Lledo ran a competition for kids to design a car of the future. They sent in drawings and the winning one I had to interpret into a model. As you can imagine this was not easy. As most of the kids who entered were about 6 years old. I think I made a couple of resins, the original was buried in a time capsule at Duxford Aerodrome and I should imagine has been forgotten about. Someone will dig it up in a thousand years and be very confused.
Regards George
Very interesting.

Thank's Tim for coming back on that. Nice of George to reply, he is a very busy Guy these Days designing a lot of stuff for the slot car hobby which is probably bigger now than it ever was in the Sixties!
