so im cataloging the newest arrivals and looking at the taxi...on nicks guide it says the first body was smooth and unpainted...the one i have is unpainted and has the lines...and the lines are further from the wheel arches
best photos i could get...you can make out a line and see that its not painted

Nice find Dan . I wonder how many variations have been added since Nicks forum has started . I hope Nick has added a few blank pages in his book to pen in an the new codes ?
Hi Dan
nice model. In my opinion it is Nick´s code 5, or Stannard´s code 4 (if it is orange-yellow colour, cream interior and it has a decal. Or has it another interesting detail which I have overlooked?)

thats cool...there another...but looking at your pics...are the lines on your model closer to the wheel well...on mine they arent near the wheel well...i didnt even notice the lines until i went to catalog the model and turned it to check if it was painted on the underside of the body

Could it be that we have twinned tooling, modified in nominally the same way, but with detail differences?
The model Brad shows with the crosshatch barely visible at the very top of the wheelwell is the odd new casting Antonin, and unlike the three crosshatched bases Nick already has pictured at his site. With 14 variations now, our Taxi fleet may now be able to grow to the size of Nick's with this new base to look for in our spares.. ....kwakers
Wow,i just picked up the 1st Chevy and its similar to Dans. If numi has one then there has to be more extant.Start looking Boys....
Thanks for bringing this new variation to our attention Dan & Stephan
