Again Bill Connelly came up with this more subtile variation of the 33A C Box. If you look close enough, you will notice that the box at right has a slightly different "A LESNEY" scroll. This makes the car drawing appear closer to it when in fact the scroll is larger. This also plays with distance between the scroll and the model number.

This variation is now 33A-C-2a.
