Nice one misterpop, and for 1981, amazing there were still Morris Minors and Triumph Dolomites on our roads, the colour would suggest it was a 'Sprint' do you know if it was?

Thank's misterpop,

What happened to the Consul, did you say it was stolen, chances are it has gone into the classic car collectors market or reduced to banger racing status, oh! that hurts

We own three classic cars, which some of you may have seen in previous posts.

First up, our 1966 Alfa Romeo Giulia GT Sprint. I bought this 10 years ago on eBay. The car was sitting in a showroom in San Diego, California. It was sold new to a US serviceman stationed in Germany. The car was originally metallic grey. It was shipped back to the US and was eventually left for dead in a Nevada desert. Thankfully, an Alfa expert bought it and restored it. This car has a 1.6 litre dual overhead cam engine, disc brakes and a 5 speed transmission. This is the original equipment, which may seem commonplace today. However, in the 1960s, it was pretty advanced stuff. I drive this car as often as I can.

Next up, our 1965 Porsche 356C. I found this car in the local classified ads in 1999. The car was fully restored and was only $16000. I sold my regular wheel collection to buy it, and have since rebuilt the Matchbox collection.
I have since put 150k on the odometer.

This is my '69 Dodge Super Bee. I finished the restoration in 2008, and drive it whenever possible. This car has a 383 V8 and 4sp transmission.

Since posting my car pictures in the old forum I have sold my 55' Chevy "the not so mad wagon" and my 65" Pontiac convertible "Bon evil". I had to clear out some garage space to start my son's (age 14) first car, a 74' VW Ghia "the Ghia Monster" Thankfully I still have my "old man car" 47' Ford Tudor and my 71' VW Bus "The Red Baron". I don't have a newer pic of the bus, it has a little better paint on it now. Also, I have an Escalade for the normal days.

Those cars are awesome 66alfa :-) I am looking for older car to drive for fun and love those 3 rides. In Denmark new cars are very expensive due to tax, so old sportscars from germany is the best way to get something cheap and fun. Thanks for sharing.
