Y13-1 American Loco

Been very quiet with the MOY recently so I was pleased to add this one to my small collection.
Normally in the darker green this one is in the harder to find lighter green(middle model).
Also notice the gold painted lamp and the copper bolier cover.

Here's mine, it has the standard trim. Other examples like your find are known, but it's never been listed as far as I know.

Thanks Bob, you have a nice minty one I see, does your one have standard trim then. Also been noted
that the wheels are a gloss black. Seems strange to have so many differences on this one model.
Did they produce this in a gift set or something?

The model was in the '61 G6 Gift set, but in standard form.



I've checked mine, and none have gloss wheels/copper door/gold headlamp. Steve Cutter has many Y13-1's, may be he has one like yours. I think Mick Flack has one as well
