Matchbox King Size Scammell Crane empty box for sale

Pro's-solid,complete and is unpunched.
Con's-cellophane crinkled, crease by the "X" in Matchbox on box top,inner has a tear across the pic of the crane jib,Blue looks to be a little faded, hard to tell but it is light.

US$45.00 incl. postage to the US. I will post to other countries but the postage will add a bit to the price.

**Note-can be sent flat for US$39 to most places if you would like that.

Please do correct me if I'm wrong but I believe this box design can be fully open up and folded flat so will go inside a Jiffy bag type posting envelope.

Hi Kevin and Waratah,

Whilst it may be possible to fold these flat the risk is breaking the glue line on the inside plinths and also put a permanent crease in the clear acetate. I would prefer to pay a little more in postage and have such a nice condition box posted in a solid carton.

Hi, yes it will fold flat. The acetate is already creased on this one. Flattening the box actually puts the acetate in a nice flat position. Slowly flattening it, it seems as there is enough room to not put pressure on the plinth attachment.

Thanks for thinking of that Ghosty, it will save postage is Someone wants it mailed that way between card for protection. Of course the other box can be sent that way too.
