Hi all

I am hoping the collective knowledge here might identify a car for me. There is not a lot to go on other than fuzzy childhood memories from the 70s.

I had a car that I played with to destruction and would like to commence the search for another.

What I can recall is it was possibly a rally car or just kitted out for snow. Possibly an Alfa(somethings says to me Alfa Romeo but this could be a red herring), beige or light brown in colour with snow effect, roof rack(possibly ski's), spiked tyres

Like I say, not a lot to go on but I'm sure if anyone had similar it will rings some bells.

Polistil Fiat by any chance!

Do you know Ghosthunter that is not far off at all, it’s more muddy than snowy and I think a little boxy but it’s very much along those lines. Hopefully it may help trigger a memory out there.

Thanks for the effort , that one is a definite no.

Ive been looking high and low and the only thing I can find is the attached, if this was beige/brown with the snow effect and kitted out with winter garb I think it might be it. It an Alfa Giulia Sprint GTA

RIO do a Giulietta but it only has the snow effect and may be of too recent introduction to be from your 'Growing Up' days...

I also immediately thought about a Polistil model. Maybe it was the Polar Expedition Lancia Fulvia?
