How to disable avatar?

Hello i am new user and i would to ask you, How to disable avatar?

I don't think you can disable the avatar feature as such. However, what you can do is simply not upload a picture (and, as you can see, you can still post without one).
For future reference, your personal avatar settings can be found at User Control Panel > Profile > Edit Avatar.
