I have the bus Steve and when I met both Jack and Leslie at the Hackney exhibition I got their signiatures.

I never met Jack but I did get to meet Leslie at one of the MICA conventions and have a chat to him about Matchbox in New Zealand.
I also went to see the Hackney exhibition, but not being a famous collector like yourself, never got an official invite to the opening !!
I did how ever pick up some bits and pieces from the exhibit - postcards and two different sized flyers about the event.
