Hermes (again!)

I think we’ve all long ago agreed that Hermes are probably the worst parcel delivery company in existence. Well, they’ve no taken things to a whole new level!
I recently had a parcel ‘delivered’. Well, what they actually did was throw it over the gate, leaving it on the drive in the pouring rain and in plain view from the road. I therefore tried to complain, only to find that their Customer Service e-mail address no longer works, the Customer Service telephone no. no longer works, and it is impossible to get the fully-automated Helpline to put you through to a real person. I did eventually manage to get the chatbot to agree to have someone e-mail me within 24 hours, but that never happened
So, it would seem that Hermes has come up with the ideal plan to reduce the number of customer complaints: make it impossible for the customers to register them, and don’t give the customers any possibility of accessing a human being !
