Bumped into Kevin (ghosthunter) yesterday

Post by tjlglass »

Been reading some of Ghosties comments on here with interest as he's a very knowledgable guy and a couple of pm's came and went, still couldnt put a face to the name. Then yesterday at Huntingdon i see him and straight away i knew it was him as we'd meet previously meet at fairs a few years back. It was nice putting the face jigsaw together again mate and a pleasure talking to you after a few years. Now i got the face hope to be seeing you at a few more fairs :D

Hi guys, GHOSTHUNTER here, big thank's to tjlglass for taking time out towards the end of the fair, for the informal chat and hope your back is much better now.

Nobody came up to me by the name of "fixer"despite me wearing my VBD sticker, (and short skirt...!) and I did not see Nick, I got there just after 10:35AM, and was looking out for him, never mind, catch him next time in December.

The subject of forum members wearing some sort of badge at toy fairs etc, has been mentioned elsewhere on the forum and I think we really should all wear something for reconition purposes, especially if we know several of us are going to be at the same event, (OK, I have just said that I missed Nick at Huntingdon, or he missed me, but as I was wearing a badge, its entirely his fault we never met, he should have been looking for me.................... ).

Misterpop, when I loaned you my family photo album, I don't expect to see a picture of myself plastered on the forum, you know I don't like to be seen with glasses!

Misterpop, a few girly magazines might help you with rising early, so on the morning of Friday the 27th December, you can go to the NEC toy fair!!!
