16c Becomes 71a, My new Scammell Water Truck!

I've a few beat up old 16c snow plows that are missing the plow and the dump beds. My goal is to put them all back on the road (or at least back into a display cabinet). The water tank is a resin casting off a real 71a Austin Water Truck. The second to the last pic is the Scammell VS the Austin Water Truck. The last photo is the two latest broken Scammell Snow Plows to come back to life.
