I love your optimism. The General Service Lorry and the 5b look like the cleaning crew perhaps got carried away with their job and cleaned off all the paint.

The few with a large amount of paint loss will be re painted, but the others will get the warm soapy water and old toothbrush treatment.

15a looks to be in very good shape and that coke truck's green paint can probably be removed.

Im going to try a bit of nail varnish remover to clean it off!
