Hello Ghosty all my cabinets have glass sliding doors and a sealed room,

but some how the dust still gets in. When I have done these then i have to do

all the others.

Looking good and a nice bright photo. I am not sure how you clean these but I have good results with a little puffer with soft fine brush on the end. (Similar to attached pic) It is part of my camera and telescope kit and does not leave marks and is good for a multitude of tasks like removing dust from laptop or other screens or those cd,dvd antiques. It takes the risk out of cloth catching a hook or emblem on the model and the model ending up on the floor.

By my count, there are 238 models in that shelving unit. How long did it take to dust all those beauties?

Like you I decided to have a big tidy up of my toy room, everything out of cupboards, out of the room, cleaned and then decided to reorganise and have all on display. Dusting gave me a chance to appreciate the craftsmanship that went into making these models. Getting everything out of cupboards also reminded me of the enjoyment of acquiring the HTF models and some of the madness of the early collecting bug! Came across a Singer zig zag attachment for the sewing machine that I bought just because I had the van and Annette Mills Muffin the Mule book.

Hello Bert thank you for your info, but I still have to take the models out so that I can clean the glass shelves

as they get dusty as well. I do use a soft haired shaving brush. thank you for your input, take care you and the family.

Hello Squid they are not done yet, and to do all my Regular wheel models

will take a while as I have 1300 of them. Plus the 1st issue Superfast models.
