These turned up in a box of components. The red cab appears to be a preproduction example for the No. 16 Case. Anyone know what the brown canopies belong to? they both have LR on the underside. Not my area at all these, so any help appreciated.

They look very close to the canopy on the BattleKing #K-116 Troop Carrier and Howitzer, but the rolled up section is too small for that.

I should have given some indication of size for the brown parts. They would almost fit the No.1 Merc truck, but not quite. I have to assume they are Lesney/Matchbox parts because all the other components in the box definitely are.

The brown canopies look like they're from the Husky Forward Control Land Rover.

Well that would fit with the LR marking for sure. Thanks John. There are some other unidentified bits, I'll get some pictures of them.

Everything else in the box was YY related, so was on safe ground there!

The black hood is for the Corgi 1927 Bentley 3 LTR.
