This is the model in question. It looks a very pale green in the pictures, but as I see no evidence of sunfade, I'm thinking the photos are overexposed. And it looks to have 9x24 silver plastic wheels. Am I 100, 50, or 0% correct?

The listing states that the model has a pale blue body. In addition, the bumpers front and rear do not appear to be silver (might be the result of overexposure), but the baseplate rivet looks ragged and full of paint, plus the glazing has dropped. It therefore wouldn't surprise me to find that it is a repaint in a slightly incorrect shade of pale blue.

With all that said, I will pass on that particular example. Thank you for pointing out its issues.

I have also noticed that several of the 7Bs presently on eBay seem to lack side windows. Does that model have some characteristic that would create such an illusion?
