Crescent builder's and decorators's truck

A nice find a little while ago
Complete with all the tools (I think) . It had the lighter blue figure with it but I believe that is the telecoms one, I found the tan one on Ebay with the other blue figure
I have only seen these recorded with unpainted ladders and green wheels, it doesn't seem to be repainted
