The habit to tour the country with elaborately decorated rolling advertisements has a long tradition in France.
It was copied in other countries, but while it mostly died out there, it continues in France to this day.
I have a long fascination with the 50s-60s ones, which were by far the most elaborate and many of them were made by famous French coachbuilders struggling for work after bespoke car bodies became a thing of the past. I'm delighted that there is now a partwork series in France. I managed to obtain a few examples.

Quite amazing models of amazing vehicles. Don't see this sort of thing in the UK.

I've not been to Beaulieu for 20 years I guess. Not seen the Duckham's, the Isle of Man bottle or the green one before.
