Ebay item not received..Need to find buyer.

Any one know Rich Mahon {aka diecast1989}he lives in Wolverhampton according to Ebay but when I sent him a package he didnt pick up at his post office and it got returned to me.Now listed as not an Ebay member..His last two feedbacks where not good at all which makes me think he may not be well or some other way missing from the diecast world....Worth a try on here.I may also try a couple of bus forums as he is is into those as well according to his Facebook page.
