Charlie did very nice casting shows for variations to be found on Kingsize models but I am now looking for information about a Major Pack model.
Does any-one known if there are variations to be found on the Major Pack M4 Freuhauf Hopper Train GMC ?
Looking forward to see pictures !

Re: M4 Freuhauf Hopper Train GMC question
I'm working away from home at the moment, but my guess would be that that there'll be something in both U.K. Matchbox and the NAMC catalogue.
I'll have a look for you over the weekend (if I remember!)

The NAMC’s “Catalog of all Series Matchbox Models” (second edition) lists a single variation, namely "red wheels" (i.e. there are no variations).Idris wrote:I'm working away from home at the moment, but my guess would be that that there'll be something in both U.K. Matchbox and the NAMC catalogue.

The model was covered in U.K. Matchbox Vol 1, no. 5 (Jul. '77) p74, and again in Vol. 2, no. 12 (Dec. '79) p232. I am sending you scans of the two articles and will add the scans to this topic as images in due course.
