My wife asked me to go shoe(sandals really) shopping, ,after the shoe shopping i suggested brigdnorth(toyfair today ),walking around in the sunshine she didn,t fancy the toyfair so i popped into an antique shop instead ,after looking through the beaters trays the guy said he had some rarer models in a cabinet,there at the front was this,£36 ,but i could have it for £30,you know what, i think i will,thank you very much,
The history to the taxi was a son selling his dads toys,he pointed out dinkies & lesney etc from the same source,there was a maroon 17 and a maroon erf truck,clear glass greyhound ,but nothing else i was interested in,The taxi looks good to me,what looks like a crack in the wheel is a black hair,axles look good so i am pretty pleased.

Thats me !,i have had a bit of a clear out of my beaters,and other stuff,our bathroom has been refitted and they put four lights and a fan in the roof,so i had to move a few boxes out the way in the loft,i can,t put them back because of the wires so i have been working out what i want and don,t want,i haven,t listed much this weekend just a shop display that needs a better home

Its the BMC that caught my eye as it looks very Yellow. Looking forward to them arriving !

The bmc is badly sunfaded,if you look on the base photo you can see the orange,if thats the only one you were after i can cancel it and give you a refund,save posting it

I think those sandals may have been retouched. You can see some hint of blue on the thread. Also the color just looks a little off compared to originals. Might be a sun fade.

Great find on the Matchbox though.
